Last night we began shooting our new music video for the poker song I wrote with Randy Pavlock and, If I do say so myself, we absolutely nailed it. Thanks to all our friends and fans who participated and, of course, a huge thanks to our video producer, Kyle Netterville, for his patience, not to mention his obvious production talents. We will shoot the next segment of the video as soon as Pavlock returns from his current European tour and we hope to have it all done before the 2012 WSOP FINAL TABLE in October.
Speaking of the 2012 WSOP, here is a synopsis of what has happened since our report last Friday. First things first, we need to mention that the single most extraordinary poker event in the history of poker has now started. Of course we’re speaking about “The Big One for One Drop.” There is a full lineup of 48 of the most sincere individuals . . . who’s love for poker is only exceeded by their love for humanity and desire to help. Follow all the action by clicking here. Now, here is what has happened so far in other events:
Greg Hobson was confirmed the winner of Event #49: The first ever $1,500 Ante-Only No Limit Hold’em. Hobson tore through a field of 939 players to snatch up the first place prize of $256,691 as well as his first WSOP bracelet. This brings Hobson’s career tournament earnings to almost $4.9 million. Congrats Greg!
That brings us up to date for now and we will keep our eyes on all the tables to see who’s raking in all the poker chips and report back to youl. We will also keep you posted on the progress of the production of the music video for our poker song ” I May Be Bluffin’ ” soon to be released.
