Lynn "Queen of Hearts" Paris

We‘re almost positive none of us could wait to say goodbye to 2020. It was a horrendous, miserable, life-changing (in a bad way) year. If you’re able to come back in 2021, start the year off with positivity. Forget whatever happened last year and bring your “A” game.

Prepare well, whether it’s for poker or life. Whatever you commit to, keep scrupulous track of what you make happen. Be honest about what you’ve achieved. Better yet, under promise and over achieve.

When it comes to building yourself as a poker player, don’t forget about all the burgeoning techniques and innovative ways for communicating we’ve all learned. Plunge into connecting with poker players from other countries, learn something about their cultures and along the way play some poker.

Don’t forget to get enthused about training. You know you could use more, and you can learn from online courses to master classes to poker strategy videos. Just don’t let up and you’ll never know when it’s exactly what you’ll need when life gets back to normal.

Above all, 2021 is still going to be a tough one for most people. We have the vaccine, which brings us all hope, but we have lost so much. Try to be the kind of person you would want around you, and try to treat others with kindness and a smile. Eventually you’ll feel better and notice that those around you are feeling better too; In the meantime play well, be authentic, and dream big.
