Texas A&M is coming off a bad beat by Mississippi State last week. Kenny Hill was not the quarterback we saw against lesser teams, the wide receivers dropped more passes than they caught and the O-line did not block as well as usual. And the defense; especially the linebackers and secondary, were destroyed.
Unfortunately, this week the Aggies face the number one defense in the country in Ole Miss. Normally, we’d be totally pumped because of our explosive offense. This week, not so much, unless the coaches make some major adjustments, Malcome Kennedy comes back healthy, the offense runs the ball more and takes some pressure off Kenny , the WRs overcome their temporary fear of catching the football and the Aggie “D” becomes about ten times more aggressive. If anyone feels pressure, it needs to be Bo Wallace.
So, who do you predict will win, and what’s your prediction for the final score? Dak Prescott was perfect for MSU last week. Bo Wallace was “the good Bo Wallace” against Alabama last week when they beat the Tide, but maybe he’ll have a letdown this week. Will a return to Kyle Field and a whole lot of coaching give the Aggies any advantage? Will Reveille take a bite out of Ole Miss?
