We’re only on day 5 of the 2013 World Series of Poker and there has already been some drama and explosive cheers.
It all started getting hot when on day 2, Ambrosha Harrel won a free WSOP seat in just three minutes which gives her a free roll to a $1000 buy-in gold bracelet tournament.
On day 3, Chad Holloway won the opening event, the Casino Employees Championship, of the 2013 World Series of Poker, awarding him $84,915 and the first coveted WSOP gold bracelet of 2013.
Day 4 blessed the Pope of Poker – Trevor Pope took a huge chip lead into the final table of Event 2 and finished off all his opponents and walked off with his first gold bracelet and a $553,906 payday.
On Day 5 – June 2, 2013 in the early morning, we saw Charles-Andrew Sylvestre of Quebec, Canada own Event 3 – the $1,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em Re-entry tournament. He beat a field of 3,164 entries to earn $491,360 and the gold bracelet.
